Refund policy
We do not offer any refunds, only exchanges within 7 days. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@murlitrading.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will be eligible to return the item at your own cost it means customer will be responsible for paying return shipping. items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most items are made to order and require expert craftsmanship, therefore we are not able to accommodate any returns. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products and products worn or damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS (if applicable)
In case you like us to cancel the order and refund the amount before it is shipped. Then we need to be notified within 2 hours of placing the order because after that your order will be processed and will not be able to cancel it.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product to

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
